My daughter and her friend met with Mr. Geoginis to find a rental property after prom.

The girls gave what they thought was a refundable deposit of $200. The girls decided against renting this house and expected to get their money back.

Initally, we thought we would get the money back. Mr. Georginis stopped taking our calls.
