James Georginis Jimmy Wildwod rentals ripped off my son and his friends of $5ooo.00 for there senior week. He rented my son and his friends the same property for the same week to several other kids. He also puts these kids in condemned or should be condemned properties. I saw it first hand!! Watch out for his "security team" dont trust them either. I called the Wildwood police Department on him. I am now trying to help the Detectives gather as many names of people that were scammed by this scum. I have already sent him several names of different people that were already scammed. Please contact me if you were also a victim to this scam or know someone that has. He has to be stopped!

This is the same house my son and thousands of other people rented from this scam artist. This property was probably all on the same date..

My group and I also had a week rental with jimmy at 207 E 24th street. we were not aware of the situation until we seen him on the news. My friend and I called him a few days ago to see if he would answer, and surprisingly he did. He avoided all questions about his homes and the news report and he acted as if we wanted to give him more money to pay off our week. We asked for our money and he agreed to meet us the next day, but for safety reasons we did not go. We have also contacted the police and are waiting for them to get backed to us.
