James Georginis This man signed a contract with a minor, had her send payments (approx. $3,000) for a house that has a stop work order on it. He did not show up for the final payment, nor did he send a check to return the $$$. Called Wildwood police, they know him...do not rent from www.jimmyswildwoodre... Wildwood New Jersey

 Rented a vacation house that is not inhabitable.  Took money and signed a contact with a minor.  Did not show up to the final payment appointment.  Does not respond to any phone calls.  Has not returned the check even though he said he would.
