ok I got this letter from JBC group, and almost fliped out. They are telling me that I owe $952.29 in a elec. bill from PP&L.

How do you do that when I know that I had paid them before I moved about 4 years ago. And I did not get any bills from PP&L. The last bill was it. So what I want to know how or what can I do?

Should I call PP&L and find out what balance they have or should I just wait? I am pretty sure I did not have a bill that high, and we lived there for 2 1/2 yrs I think they would have shut it off by the time it got that high.
