JBC Legal Group, P.C. rip-off! Rude! received letter stating dishonored check from 1994! Bloomfield New Jersey

I received a letter from this company stating that they had a dishonored check written in 1994 on an account I never had to a company I had never heard of. I called the 800 number and spoke with a vary rude lady would asked if I had ever had an account with Bank of America. I told her no.

She proceeded to tell me that she would close the account and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a very rude man. I asked them to fax a letter stating that this matter was closed and they refused to do so. I then told them I would speak with an attorney, he then said go right ahead. I said I would and I have. Crooks!!
