JBC Legal Group, JBC & Associates PC ripoff False Reports on an old debt to credit agencies BLoomfield New Jersey

Was wondering if anyone can post the information to report to BBB, and other things of use. As i have tried on many occasions through different sites to leave a report with the BBB but i think i keep ending up in wrong area.

I Bought a car back in 1996 from Summit Bank, which was bought out by Fleet Bank. In January of 1998 i became delinquent on my loan, and in April of 1998 they came and repossessed my car. And in June of 1998 they sold my car at auction, leaving me a balance of 6,000 dollars.

around 2000 JBC had taken over my account in 2004 they tried taking me to court using false dates as to when i last gave Fleet money. Saying my last payment was in Sept. of 1998. This was 9 months after i first went delinquint, and 5 months after the car was repossessed and 3 months after the car was sold at auction.

So they file a suit with the court stating i last gave them payment in Sept. 1998. i answer back in my reply to the court and to JBC the last time i gave payment was in January 1998. With proof from credit reports (from the fleet acount.), and carfax. com that the car was already sold in auction by june.

JBC never showed up for court that day and the judge dismissed there case.

It is still on my report and JBC reports to them the last time they recieved payment was in October. I filed a dispute on many occasions saying this is false, also sending them there old report that showed January on my report. Showing them that JBC filed a complaint with the courts it was Sept . and still nothing., they say they cant take court documents, they can onnly take documents from the creditor themself. i said but the court document was from the creditor they told the courts i last paid them in Sept. and are telling you October. they cant even keep there lies straight,. said there was nothing i could do.

Anyone have any information on what i should do to help gets this flase report from JBC removed from my report? or who i should contact and report there false clainms too? please please please... thank you..
