JBC has been in massive legal trouble before for numerous violations of the FDCPA and FCRA, and is prohibited from conducting business in several states. Their "attorney" is Jack Hagop Boyajian, who is ONLY licensed to practice law in California (and only by the skin of his teeth). In fact, Boyajian was DENIED a law license by the New Jersey Bar due to his previous legal troubles with JBC.

JBC/Boyajian specializes in trying to collect worthless debts that are way beyond the Statute of Limitations, not to mention that they will "create" debts that have never existed..Verizon bills from the 1990s (Verizon didn't exist until 2000) and medical bills (tried to scam me for over two grand for a medical bill I supposedly have from 2002..the doctor died in August 1992..not to mention that I have no medical bills due to my health plan being so good). His collectors prey on people's ignorance of their rights and fear.

Besides the matter of you posting the SAME report repeatedly....there is a SIMPLE way to fix this.

1) If the message is asking for YOU by name, then it's pretty obvious one of your creditors want's their money back from you. Return the call and handle your bills.

2) If you don't call the company and let them know they have a WRONG NUMBER, then are they supposed to guess????

I personally can't IMAGINE getting the same message for 2 years and NOT calling it back, especially if it was a wrong number!

Why not use the time you have to fix the problem, instead of coming here and WHINING about it.

I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE GROUP NOR WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS BUSINESS SHUT DOWN BECAUSE I HAVE READ ON THIS SITE NEUMOROUS REPORTS ABOUT THIS INDEVIDUAL COMPANY AND I ALSO THINK THAT WHAT THE PEOPLE ARE SAYING ESSENTIALY SAYS THAT THIS IS ALL A SCAM.
