Much to my surprise, I opened my mail today to find a letter from JBC Legal Group looking to collect on a check I supposedly wrote 11 years ago. From what I've read about JBC on this board, I am certain that this is a fraudelant claim and plan to follow up w/the Att. General and whoever else needs to know about this. If anyone has any advice, or similar experiences with this company, I'd welcome the help!
