JDM Engine JDM Engines do not stand behind their product Internet

I purchased an engine for my Toyota Tacoma on 10/08/15. The engine was advertised as a "drop in" and ready to be installed. When the engine arrived it became clear that every component from the heads out had to be swaped from my original engine which increased my cost, due to parts and labor by around $2,000. 

JDM offers a 3 month warranty on the engine. After 5 months the heads seized rendering it useless. 

JDM is hiding behind their warranty, but I find it incredible that a motor that should've lasted for a decade or more can die within 5 months without any consequences.

All told I've lost $1,155 for the engine, $1,576.95 for labor, $231.51 for parts, plus time lost at work as this is my work truck. Now I'm faced with starting the whole process again: finding and purchasing an engine, paying a mechanic and time lost at work.

I am the owner/operator of a small business and simply cannot afford such a massive set back.

It is unfortunate that a company the size of JDM Engines wont do as much as refund my losses, but I hope that at least I can spare someone else from a similar problem.
