Easily the worst customer service experience of my entire life at ANY restaurant, store, etc. that I've EVER been to. I went in there with my girlfriend to browse sheet music and play piano. I'm a former music major, and know my way around a piano. I started to play, and was yelled at loudly and rudely by the owner. I thought music was supposed to be played in music stores? I guess not. My girlfriend very politely and calmly told him that if he wanted customers, he needed to treat them with respect. Instead of a sane response, he sweared and cussed at her. Not only did he swear and cuss, but he did so in front of a mom and her 2 children, probably aged 3-7. I came to her defense, telling him that music stores are generally places where one plays music, and that he had to apologize to my girlfriend. Instead, he called me names I can't type on here, and kicked me out. I honestly thought he might hit me too, it was that bad.
Everyone should boycott this store until there is new management in place. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I will make sure everyone I talk to steers clear of this terrible place.

I recently purchased a maple music stand that adjusts low enough to be used while seated at my harp. It is exactly as represented at a cost far below other retailers of this product and shipping was free, as advertised. I did make phone contact with the store and was treated with respect and my questions were answered. The stand arrived sooner than expected, was packed very well and was easy to assemble and in excellent condition. The sales person that I spoke to on the phone could only assure me that the stand was made of hard wood, but wasn't sure what type. I did some research on this stand and found that it is, in fact, maple, so I ordered it with confidence. The finish is natural and matches my harp beautifully.
I have read the complaints about this company and suggest that consumers research the products they are interested in before making a purchase and courteously approach the store owner and his sales staff with the same respect you would like to be given. The old adage "You get what you pay for" should be a red flag when buying an instrument at a suspiciously low price. Good instruments do not come cheap, even when on sale.
In the case of the gentleman who played the piano, perhaps he would have been treated differently if he had asked politely if he could try the piano. Good manners breed good manners, a concept that seems to be lacking in our current society. It would be very interesting to here the store's side of some of these stories.
