Public school purchased Schiller Bass Clarinet from ebay. Was not working when it arrived. They offered to make it right and repair it for free. Shipped it to them in September. Did not receive a response. When called first time thereafter about repair, did not get response until calling for several times. Then, they accused me of dropping it and would charge for the repair. I called again later, did not get a response. When I finally got a hold of someone, they said the part was on a ship and would be there in 14-16 days. Six months later, the school does not have the instrument. When I called them today, I told me again that the part was on a ship and would be there in 14-16 days. I said that is the same thing I was told two months ago! I told them that I would have to report them if they did not get this taken care of. I immediately was told that I was threatining them and was treated VERY rudely. He was saying "does this make you feel better, if you want me to ship it back broken, I'll do that and you can deal with it, does this make you feel better, " etc. I was again accused of dropping it. I am a professional music teacher who has taught for several years. The instrument came to us broken. This is not how a reputable place of business should be treating its customers. Our community donated the $939.00 to pay for this instrument and we are classified as a low income school.  I feel that the repair should be made and the school should not be charged.
