Jollie K-9 Kennels Of Alabama Misrepresented the training of a German Shepherd Dog. Birmingham Tarrant Alabama

I bought a German Shepherd dog from Lemmie (Skip)Ruffin for $1000.00 + shipping.I was told by Skip that the dog had been trained for personal protection,obedience,and house trained.Well he was none of the above.I had a professional come to my home to test the dog,and he told me the dog had no training.When I told Jollie K9 what I found out,he,(Jollie K9)that I was wrong and so was my trainer,and that he would not respond to my e-mails,and that he was sorry that he trusted me with one of his dogs.I hav the copy of the e-mail stateing that and a copy of his guaranteestateing that he would provide a life time of surport training.Well if he won't respond to me,how is he going to give that surport?
