I purchase a black german shepherd I cannot register because the AKC states they received a complaint from a puppy buyer (Whom also purchased from Jollie K9) stating that Jollie K-9 provided the wrong papers for their dog. Due to this "breeders" ineptness, It seems my registration paperwork is also being "examined". The AKC states by letter that they have not received requested documentation from this breeder.And have attempted to contact them regarding these discrepancies.
What I would like to know, is there anyone who has been ripped off by this breeder will to file a law suit so that this guy cannot take advantage of anyone else? If so, please leave message on this site and we will submit our "evidence" together. There is power in numbers. We can also contact Alabama's State Attorney Generals office. I believe there could be a number
of "interstate" laws that have been broken by this guy not to mention fraud.
