Josh Longman JD's General Contracting Unfinished Work, Poor Quality, Unprofessional Lip Service, Internet

Contacted Josh Longman of JD's General Contracting in Middletown, OH for removal of 2 trees, stumps and several bushes/shrubs including roots. A price was negotiated and contract signed. The problem Josh, is that you never blame a paying customer for your mistake. I didn't need to hear your lip service on how you don't need my business, or how you won't kiss anyones a*s. The fact is, we had a signed contract that all shrub roots would be removed. You can't simply say that you will do this when you do the landscaping project as well. The root removal was quoted for this project. Cutting the shrubs level with the ground is not what we negotiated. You must have said how good you are several times... wouldn't it be better to hear it from your customers? This customer is not at all happy with your service, nor paying extra for materials that were quoted in the original contract. Donald Trump says it best "Your Fired!" Make it right and I'll remove this post but in the meantime, rest assured that I am not a fan of JD's General Contracting.
