JP Morgan Chase Mortgage is a joke. We received an insurance check for roof repairs, and they have a different set of standards for their customers. We are currently in a loan modification, so we have to send in all these notarized forms to receive 1/2 of the money for the repairs. When the repairs are completed, they will send an inspector out and will then release the rest of the money. This is discrimination. If we were "current", as they put it, we would have access to all the money and could do "whatever" with it......they couldn't care less if the roof is repaired or not. What kind of business is this?? This has got to be illegal. How do they even stay in business with practices like this.....and get away with it.

Your post is irrelevant to the OP's problem at hand, just like your other posts. Most people that post on here about a problem are more concerned about their issue than helping you on your crusades.
OP - was the check you received in your name only? If so, I don't see how your mortgage company would even know about it.

KIM, JP MORGAN CHASE HAS $11 BILLION IN 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' ON ITS EMPLOYEES......

according to information available on the web.
Anyone can 'Google' this- BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES, and read the related articles to see that JP Morgan Chase has $11 Billion in these policies. Bank of America and Wells Fargo each have $17 Billion in these policies. That's a total of $45 Billion in 'secret life insurance policies' between those three banks.
Then type in 411913 at this site and read Ripoff Report #411913 for additional information regarding the 'secret life insurance policies' that many of the banks have on their current and former employees. I believe it states that there are $120 Billion in these policies that banks have on their employees, without their knowledge.
Don't forget to 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts to see that J.P. Morgan is listed in 'Chart 1', along with Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers.
Thank You
