 I am filing a complaint with the Judicial Committee so please join me. Everything I've read is exactly what I am going through now with my divorce proceedings. He is dragging the case on. Told the attorneys in his chambers of course that he plans to give my wife everthing she ask for if it goes to trial without looking at financial disclosures or anything. He is very biased against men. She wants me to pay child support which I am fine with, daycare and maintenance which totals 2200.00 a month for one child and a 4 year marriage. This will totally bankrupt me and have another child that I am supporting so I don't know how I'm going to pay this money. My ex is an attorney and has earning potential why do I have to give her maintenance then can't afford to live. Again, I am filing a complaint with the judiciary board as we need to take action! There is strength in numbers!!
