Judge Boyd, Judge Winkler, Judge Dickler, Judge Kelly, Judge Scannicchio, Ex parte communications, refused motions in consolidated case, represented opposing litigant in absence of same, permitted opposing litigant's testimony as "expert," presented none essential documents to verify court opinion and confuse issues, prolonged time to enhance opposing litigant's financial status, Chicago Illinois

Judge Boyd is the assigned judge for my case.  When I first found that out, aside from motions to dismiss, change of venue and substitute of judge (in which case a hearing was held-and the court stated that I could not have both: venue and SOJ; which was incorrect) I had included a prior case in which Judge Boyd had ignored a legal verified medical document consistantly throughout the case leading to tremendous financial lost and apparent cover up of well known government officials collusion.

Case at hand led me through a musical chairs of judges, opposing litigant's attorneys [quitting] due to possible discovery of unethical pratices and a noticeable contempt of the court system for pro se litigants. Judge Boyd ignored my motions and etc., while promoting and preserving opposing litigant's interests even in thier many absences from the court room on noticed/filed motions by myself. At one point an opposing representative "winked" at Judge Boyd for a "strike from call" which would have covered up one of the unethical practices (tricks of the trade), but I believe Judge Boyd found that too obvious and not in his best interest since the motion and its content had already been allowed. Yet Judge Boyd did later proceed in those actions, when he saw I did not act immediately on the one.  This is a collusion of many judges, bailiffs and surprisingly - court reporters, which would escape a first time litigant and terrify and confuse a brand new lawyer.
