Juicy Leads ripoff Boynton Beach Florida

This company claims to provide mortgage professionals with semi-exclusive leads that meet the agreed upon perameters and/or filters. For this they charge $25 per lead, which is a lot unless the leads are indeed valid.

They also wanted a minimum up front payment of $625 for 25 leads... I initially offered to purchase a sample lead or two (I even offered to pay more than the $25 per lead fee for the sample lead(s))to see if their leads were any good. I was told "no", and that they have not had any complaints.

Long story short... out of 19 leads that I received only 6 could possibly be considered valid, and of those I was able to write zero. It turns out that of the six leads I was able to contact, most of them had been getting "many annoying calls" from many different lenders. So much for "semi-exclusive".

I have stopped payment on my check and have informed this fly by night company that I will be forwarding a check to cover only the valid leads. I suggest nobody else make the mistake of dealing with Juicy Leads.
