Juvenile Court Project Lauren Creighton Nothing Against Me Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I am writing this report against my pro bono child advocate with Cyf.  Ms.Creighton handled an opened case against me with Cyf and did not keep to the agreement.  I was not properly represented when a case was opened against me from a false allegation and privledged information from a Dr.  was taken into consideration to remove my daughter from my care.  Falsely accused and a birth injury involved, my daugter was removed pending the results of a phychiatric evaluation that would not conclude the case.  Based on my mental health for a crimeless crime, Cyf wanted to place my daughter in permanent foster care.

Completely, a civil rights violation, eventually after fighting with Cyf about my daughters health and being accused of causing harm from obsessing over my daughters health, I was arrested after attempting to get an escort for my daughter to the emergency room at one of her visits.  My attorney then proceeded to place my daughter in permanent foster care unauthorized by me.  There were never any charges filed against me nor consistensy in any one of the allegations.  A crimeless prosecution centered on my mental health with all false claims.  Prepared to fight, it will cost me thousands of dollars that I do not have to fight this case.  Reopened, the first thing Cyf requested was a mental health release.  The court is comfortable with her placement with my family and, I do not feel confident with the injustice in this case to fight them on my own.  Too big of a matter or nothing to worry about as far as having her returned?  Still pending, is justice

Time is not on my side and I am completely dealing with the frustrations of unauthorized representation on my own.  My unwillingness to sign any paperwork until someone acknowledges this problem continues to deny me of visitation priviledges until our upcoming court date.  This was a Rip off with many attacks on my character.  I was wronged and my attorney played into the action."
