This lady had laughed at her client, while sabotaging, ruining their life. She shut them up continually, did pry into personal business, helped a family out of living quarters. She pretends to help, but hurts as much as she can. She helped a family into homelessness, not a very positive help, she laughed at the family with those against her, was malicious in her conduct, getting away with it.

Everything went wonderful after she was fired. She works for the enemy, forcing you to give up to the enemy while laughing at clients.
