The company and the psychic (especially Jackie) explicitly guarantees "100% satisfaction or your money back". She even said that if I was unable to follow her candle lighting and calling specifications, which was every other day (to make money for keen), that she would give me a refund right then. This is absolutely not true. What they do is provide a "store credit"- but there is no store! I got no psychic reading, no return calls, no coherent emails and no return of my money- which totaled over $250.00! I still have those emails for litigation purposes.

What I got was an overpriced con artist who fabricated a grand future and lied bout my situation, which was completely wrong. Not only that, once you transfer money to them, they will not return your calls. You will spend your money and they will never give it back. The customer service representative said that they do not have the technology to provide refunds. In addition to this, Kim, the supervisor for customer service supervisor does not have a direct extension and is not available, even if you offer to wait. The representatives have either one of three excuses, 1) she is in a meeting and is unavailable, 2) she is out for the day, and 3) she is not available in morning hours. Keen does not even provide a facade of being legitimate psychics. They do not provide the service that they claim to render. They don't talk to you after getting your money!

Keen will not help you in any way, shape, form, or fashion. When I asked for a particular psychic, they gave me someone else. Of course up until you pay money they are available each time you call. After that- forget it! Even customer service will lie to you and tell you that they are returning your funds, but they do not make refunds to your banking account. I got scammed out of a "special and in depth" reading. They say they do not have the technology to provide refunds, but when they "accidentally" charged me twice for the same transaction, they were happy to immediately refund money. I do know that Uniform Commercial law requires a merchant to refund money within a specified time due to "buyers remorse". Keen seems to be getting around that in spite of the tremendous emotional and psychological ramifications they are causing. These are our feelings and our life that they are detrimentally effecting with malicious intent. They should be stopped at any legal fee.

Do not utilize this company under any circumstances! You are better off praying on your own for inner peace.

Keen make tens of millions of dollars a year preying on the vulnerability of wounded hearts. They literally bank on the fact that you will lose your common sense and hand over your dollars and cents when you are in a panic over the loss of someone you love.

I have posted on a few of these Keen ripoff reports and every time I read of yet another rip off, yet another person counting on the fabricated feedback of many of the readers on Keen, I am truly amazed that Keen is still in business. You all need to get together and file a class action suit. The victims of Keen will be lining outside the court for miles no doubt.

The unfortunate thing is Keen in their terms of agreement tell you that you can only get a $25 per month refund. I mean they would be losing money if they refunded everyone that felt ripped off and conned.

If they have the technology to take your money . . . they have the technology to refund it. They are lying to you. It is like when I was booted off of Keen due to the nightmare created by Chip Coffey . . . just like Chip Coffey, Keen used my name to promote Keen after they kicked me off. In other words, if you googled my name the entire first two pages of Google were advertisments of me on Keen and I was not even on Keen at that point.

Erin at Playfair kept telling me that there was nothing they could do about it when in fact no one else, not even Google can take it off . . . only the company that placed the link on the search engine can take it off. I had to get an attorney to write a letter and in a day they were all gone.

The entire staff of Keen in my opinion are the biggest bunch of lying scumbags on the face of the Earth. Now, for the 5% of actual real psychics on Keen that really have the gift it is unfortunate they have to be lumped in with the 95% that are just good talkers. I agree with your last statement . . . save your money and pray for your inner peace . . . and then used registered mail to try and get your money back and if that does not work, get a lawyer! Good Luck!
