The terms of service $497 Easy Sales Formula 30 day no questions asked refund was QUESTIONED and DENIED.  

After purchasing Keith's Easy Sales Formula for $497 I did not receive the product. I called the service number twice leaving appropriate information and never received a call back.  I finally left an email requesting a refund however I was told that I had not purchased Easy Sales Formula with a 30 day no questions asked refund but I had purchased Automated Sales Formula with a 72 hour refund, the 72 hour having past because of a weekend. 

Before purchasing the Easy Sales Formula I had printed out the Terms of Service and although I supplied them to the help center, my request for a refund was denied.  It has been two weeks now and I have yet to receive any product, (neither Easy Sales Formula nor Automated Sales Formula) they have taken my $497 and refuse to refund the money.

How is that for superior customer service. This really makes me wonder how many other persons have been defrauded in such a shamefully blatant manner.

Can you believe it - the customer service staff even questioned how I obtained the Terms of Service for Easy Sales Formula when they claim I actually purchased Automated Sales Formula.  This is really a shameful scam - as the way the info is set up, you can not get back to the original video site.  Buyer beware - there are reputable persons and programs out there and Easy Sales Formula appears to be one.
