I purchased Keith Wellman's VIP AutoPilot Profits system and it stinks! I was provided skimpy instructions on how to work the program, but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. I tried to follow his instructions step-by-step, but there were so much that was left out one couldn't possibly move forward with it. He gave no information on how the program was supposed to work, you just had to move blindly following his step instructions.

The instructions didn't quite work so you constantly have to submit a ticket to the customer support to ask a question. Yeah, the response was pretty timely, but the problem was that your question really wasn't answered or only a small portion was answered so you always had to keep going back to submit a ticket to ask another question or respond to the reply you received. I spent most of my time asking and re-asking questions that weren't answered.

I finally got fed up and requested a refund and also requested that all my domains be redirected and pointed to another specific hosting site. Instead of honoring my request I have been fighting to get them to make refund and release my domains from being held hostage. The only response I get is they keep referring me back to the instructions and telling me they will refund my money after I have gone through all the steps. What that means is that they are trying to force me to continue to accept the product and not give me my refund. What I really think they are doing is trying to keep me hanging on for more than the 30 days so I can't get my refund. But I'm wise to their antics and I'm not having any of it. Bottom line is that they do everything they can to keep from giving you a refund. They try to force you to work their program.

Any good business person should be ready, willing and able to refund to the customer if it is requested. The reason the customer wants a refund is irrelevant, if you have given a 100% money back guarantee. Okay, if you want to answer the objection once that's fine, but a customer should not have to scream a demand for a refund and jump through hoops for you to honor your money back guarantee.

I will see them in court before I let them rip me off. Keith Wellman lies and the product, does not provide good documentation for the product, does not allow for any means to contact thier office to speak to a live person. The only way to contact them is by submitting a support ticket to customer service. Where there is a will ther is a way. I am not giving up! I will get my refund and my domains back even if I have to tear his business down to get it!

I'm angry! It is people like him that tarnish the reputation of good, honest internet marketers. I do an up and up business and no way do I want to be associated with people like him. My advise is to stay away from Keith Wellman and FX Marketing. He is not a man of his word! Whether his products do what he says they can do is still a mystery. His problem is that he does not provide good, sufficient documentation to allow a person to properly work his program. He doesn't give good customer support and he makes himself unavailable. An honest business person stands by their product and has no problem talking to his customers.
