KELLY SERVICES/MCGRAW HILL DID NOT PAY WHAT WAS AGREED IN THE CONTRACT BLACKLICK Ohio

I worked for Kelly Sevices/Mcgraw Hill Edcuation for a 6 week assignment. I was taking inbound calls from educators, who were wanting to order school books for their upcoming school year or special assignments. The job was very easy. I had a 2 week training class and had to pass multiple test during that time. I also had a final exam, and if I did not pass it then I was not able to continue with the position. Needless to say I did very well throughout the entire training class and passed every test that I was given.

My trainers who were actually employees of Mcgraw Hill (not Kelly Services) were very down to earth and fun to work with. I have to say if Kelly Services was anything like Mcgraw Hill I would probably would have begged to stay in the position I was hired for.

So anyways, I was receiving direct deposit getting paid on time every 2 weeks. One day I asked for my pay check stub and I was told that they do not have pay check stubs. You either get paid through direct deposit or their Money Network pay card. It seemed a little strange to me, but I didn't push the issue.

After my assignment ended, I went on to a permenant position with a different company and didn't think about it again. The end of the year comes around and I am getting ready to file my taxes, but I did not receive my W-2 from Kelly Services, so I called their payroll department and they gave me the information to view my W-2 online, I log on to the website and enter all my info, and what do you know???.... there is all of my pay check stubs from when I was employed there.

As I am going through looking at everything, I notice not only is my W-2 not on there, but my pay the entire time I worked there is not what was agreed upon at the time I was hired. I was suppose to be paid $12.57 an hour and I was actually paid $10.75 an hour. So I called the payroll dept back and advised them of what I had found, & she told me that I would need to contact my branch to have them file a change of pay form for the difference and ask them to resend my W-2. 

I called and called and callled, needless to say, I was not able to actually speak to anyone ever, I had to leave message after message, after message and nobody has bothered to call me back still to this day. I contacted the corporate office in Troy Mi, and they were no help either. It was the same thing, leave a message and nobody returns your call. 

So needless to say not only was I not able to claim them for my taxes, but they also cheated me out of over $300. 

If anyone knows what steps I should take next to get the money that I worked for, or if anyone knows their State of Ohio tax Id number or has an old W-2 from Ohio that could help me out that would be so much appreciated.
