I purchased a pair of Jordan sneakers from kicksbay. They were damaged and of poor quality.To retun them was very expensive! I did not know that they were coming from China.They also charged a 20% restocking fee, which is not fair! They sent out merchandise that should not have been sent out in the first place. Forget about trying to get your money back , all they do is give you the run around ! They are a Big Ripoff. It's a Big Scam...
