kicksbay high prices for fake merchandise Internet

I ordered a pair of $200.00 shoes that I believed were authentic and when I received the shoes they were noticeably fake. The shipment came in a shoe box wrapped in plastic, not double boxed. The box was completely beat up and the shoes were unbelievably fake and definitely not worth the $200.00 that I spent. When I contacted the company to inform them of my disatisfaction, they replied by apolygizing and saying they must have accidentally sent the sample. Then they offered a $50.00 discount, but retracted the discount by saying they were unable to process the refund on to the account in which the purchase was made due to some unknown error. I feel extremely taken advantage of and I am willing to do whatever it takes so that this terrible company takes no one else's hard earned money for these FAKE products.
