KIRBY Vaccums Lying manipulating recruiters for KIRBY!! Tacoma Washington

Let me start off by saying, this was annoying!

Kirby Vacuums cleverly disguised themselves as an alternate company, by drawing in unemployed individuals such as myself, to their craigslist ad posting: MAKE 1,800 A MONTH! to someone who is going back to school with no employment, this was tempting. Their central location was dirty, and nasty, and it smelled awful. It had nothing to do with Kirby, or vacuums, as their billboard for their company said Seattle Distribution?

There was a ton of applications on clipboards, and the guy named Jeremy was dressed like an idiot with his unmatching tie, and striped slacks as I walked in. He seemed friendly, but strangely he was the only one in the office... other people had walked in for the interview, so i knew that something was up. It reminded me of a pyramid scam, but I decided to go with it anyway.

Jeremy explained to me about the over priced 3,000 vacuums, and the stack of contracts already signed out.. I was like okay? He said there was a company vehicle, and 6 people were to a team selling door to door. I wasn't buying it at all, and decided to leave the interview...he talked so fast and nothing he said made any sense to me.
Later on, I looked up their company on scam report, and found that they were a scam company.

Good thing I checked, what an awful experience. don't fall for it, this is how they lead you into their company, especially with the bad economy, 1,800 a month to sell vacuums is too good to be true. I never made a follow up interview for the vacuum demonstration, and in retrospect, I feel sorry for the people that actually stuck around and were probably conned into working for this company!
