I made a return to store #198 in Bangor Maine, the day after Christmas. the woman who processed the return said if we took money back that we would loose our oh so precious "Kohl's Cash". So we said give us an exchange card as my daughter wanted to get her new clothes immediately without losing our Kohl's Crap or having to wait 2 or 3 days to get money back in the bank account. So, the woman processes the return and says, there you go its back on your debit card. So we proceeded to shop and spend the money, along with a little more. Low and behold on Monday there is no return money scheduled to go into my account. So a trip back to the store later I get the displeasure of meeting the most ignorant, repugnant and unprofessional Store Manager I have ever met. This would later explain why she wore no name tag, conveniently.


I explained the situation that we had spent money we were under the assumption we were having returned to our account and now we find out a "merchandise return card" was issued and we would not be getting our cash.


The ignorant Store Manager says, oh sorry I can give you the card thats all. I argued the fact that I did not have the extra cash to make the purchase and in fact my budget was spent and her employees negligent behavior had caused me to go into the hole over $200 overdraft. Yee Haw, Thank you you F'in ignorant _unt for my christmas present of going into negative over your bullcrap.


According to Kohl's site, the Store Administrator should have a "The buck stops and starts here" attitude. This ignorant piece of work isn't  worth the lint in my pocket. I will be sure to avoid this place EVER again and visit my other retailers that treat their customers with respect.


I hope this _ITCH meets KARMA, heck probably a pair that beats a full house.

Something you should know before calling others ignorant _unts, debit refunds take 3-4 business days to be available in  your debit account. They are never immediately available.
