Kreative llc Bait and Switch, double charge, Redmond Washington

 I received many calls before I got sucked in to purchasing their website, I ask 3 times if this would be the only charge, Per Travis that is the only charge, Not true 5 months later After a hard sell from Aman.. I got scammed into another $2070 for being able to use the site on cell phones, 

  I am already paying for marketing, and $60 a month which I was told I already had marketing , but then was informed I only had a couple of pages  I needed more. At this point I  wanted to know why they can not pull up my site on cell phones

  I purchased the site in June, this is April and up until a week ago I realized their software can not do what we need, I still have not be able to launch the website due to marketing  and entering meta tags, We are paying monthly but we have to enter all of the meta tags manually, the software does not have a import , on the Category side.

 We have to do all  the research for the ad words the software does not alphabetize  the states or categories, it took 4 months to get all that correct.

 We are at 10 months and still working with a marketing tech,  I told them this isn't going to work for us, over $5000 and monthly fees, your software will take us hours to be able to put what we need, I have also paid help to do the additional work. I ask for a refund since never launched the site.

 But I kinda knew from their  contract no refunds written over and over, so then I ask for the last $2070 I paid that was for extra marketing and cell phones to access the site,

  Thinking that would be the right thing for them to do, since the site isn't set up for cell phones to look up.  No and now I am trying to get out of the contract,

 It is 2 yrs and since I never had my site up and running  I want out of the contract, I am so upset that I fell for their lies and what a con job, I hope this helps someone else to not get scammed into this expense this was charged and will take me 3 yrs to pay off.

 I wanted this site to work more than anything I have planned for this for 3 years, on how I would set it up,  I am so disappointed. that they could do this to someone, I know it isn't us because we have worked on 2 Godaddy sites, and this

is so much manual work that we never would have been able to get it loaded.I was told I can have as many categories and states that I wanted, so we had 41 categories and 50 states per category , and for the marketing we had to manually load meta tags and description and title per category and per state, so we dropped half our categories and still have hours of work.

It is a monumental task to enter all the data manually,  The  Customer service kept taking the payment out of the wrong account for months,I could go on and on.
