Kyle Morrison he took the money and ran Tyler Texas

Kyle Morrison was recommended to me by another attorney. My mother had died without a will and I am her only child, and I needed her house and car probated.  She had left me as her beneficiary on her life insurance and bank account, and all she had was a small home and car.  I went to Kyle Morrison, who took my $1500.00 retainer.  I made a few visits, offered to give him her original diary, proving I was her only heir. He dragged his feet. On Thanksgiving Day of that year, my mothers last living relative died.  So Mr. Morrison the next year, said that I needed to get three people who knew my mother to swear that I was her only offspring.  A mix up at the bank ( they had attatched a loan my ex husband had, in his name and had not paid off, onto the mortgage that I was paying on in my mother's name) he filed legal papers without calling me, renouncing himself on the case and did not give back the retainer. This was a straight forward case, there was a house and a car. So do NOT use him, unless you just like throwing away money.
