On the 14th July 2015 I ordered a Motorola Xoom MZ604 charger and paid for 2 day delivery, on the 16th July it did not arrive so I got back onto the website and chatted online with a bloke called James and he said it would not arrive till Monday 20th July 2015 and said he would refund the difference in postage which I have received into my credit card bank on the 17th July 2015.

On Saturday 18th July 2015 I received a charger which was completely different to what I ordered it had a micro USB connector and the Motorola Xoom does not charge through the USB. I phoned them and told them this and they said this is what I ordered.

I then went back and forth with e-mails sending pictures of what I ordered and what they sent me. I am still waiting for the return label to send the wrong one back and have received nothing.

They said when they get the item back they are going to deduct 20% off the refund which is all wrong because they sent me the wrong item in the first place, I ordered the correct item.

I want to take them to the Trading Standards for wrong description of the item that I ordered on their Website.

I sent them an e-mail today asking for the return label so I can send it back, this has been going on since Saturday, they have just sent me another e-mail to say they have forwarded a request for return label and will be e-mailed to me one they receive it.

Refund from Laptop Charger Factory

After towing and throwing with the company with e-mails and a phone call to my credit card company and going on the internet to find out about misreputation of goods.

I told them that under the 'sale of goods act 1979' that they should give me the full refund of the product and not take off 20% restocking charge.

They have finally refunded my money back of £19.39 for the item and said that I could keep the wrong one as goodwill.

I lost out on the postage of £5.10 but that as will be.
