 I ordered Thrive for my husband and I.  Did not like it so returned it to the address that was given to me by the facebook person (Amber Lee) I ordered from.

I returned it on September 20, 2014 costing me $18.00 in postage.

I have yet to hear from the LeVel company and have not received a refund as of November 8, 2014. 

Most boxes were not even opened. 

We spent $394.00 on this and now we're just out?

Amber Lee on facebook has stopped returning my messages.  I have been very nice about this whole situation.  She gave me the address to ship the order back and said she would help but have gotten nothing from her.

I am so saddened by this transaction.  We are not rich by any means and would really like our money back. 

I know now that this company is a true ripoff.

Please help if you can.

they are difficult to get money back from them. Co and founders Jason Camper and Paul Gravette   are too busy making mony and do not want to return funds. The fulfillment center people I spoke with are great and helpful, but they can only prove the shipment was returned, but can not force Jason Camper and Paul Gravette  To refund your money.

My account and my daughters account for a one time purchase was setup by the rep using my card. However she setup the account as automatic payment. once I saw the soft post I tried to get stopped by rep within time period. Only to be told that it could not be stopped. Hard post went through 4 days later and product had not been shipped at that point.

return policies do not seem to be public public as I had never saw them until rep gave me access to my account after the fact. le-vel.com/Terms

I followed we'd the return rules and was told if I sought legally through bank it would be 30 days before I got my money back instead of 10 days. Pluse they would not return full amount as there would be restocking fees.

totally a Cloud Based Scam pyramid marketing company where the Co and founders Jason Camper and Paul Gravette are making money off the people who have hopes and dreams of being rich. Just another clouds scam.

Since this person does not know my background they just think I am a lazy fat slob looking for a "magic pill".  Far from that I at one point in my live weighed over 400lbs and proud to say that I have lost over 160lbs.  That doesn't come from a "magic pill" but hard work.  I was sold this on the basis it would be an extreme energy boost and would also speed up your metabolism.  Once it did not do that for me the seller told me well it doesn't work for everyone and lets get you a refund.  What I was most upset about is the refund procedure there isn't one!  You give us all our product back (as I mentioned individually packaged so it can be resold) and we will refund your money less the used portion I would have been happy with that.  Instead they only refund 50% of the cost and won't return calls and very slow to respond to e-mails.  Luckily I paid with a credit card so I did a dispute and got 90% of my money back.  The company never even took the time to respond to the credit card dispute and never responded to the BBB compliant I filed.  This is just another multi-level marketing scam to milk you out of your hard earned money.  I have three different diet programs I use (none of which I sell) that have helped me lose the weight.  I would not walk but run from the person trying to sell you thrive!

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.  I ordered my Thrive Product from a my cousins friend who promotes the stuff.  She has been so helpful to me through the whole process and has communicated with me all along the way.  She helped me to create my own account and order it from the company.  That way if I were to not like the product I could deal with the customer service of the company and not a individdual person.

I really like the product.  It took me a good month to really see any results but I can definately tell a difference.  I have more energy, my body does not ache like it use to and I have lost a little weight.

It is not a magic pill you still need to eat healthy and workout to lose weight.  The Thrive system help fill your nutritional gaps and gives your body what it needs.

If you want more information on the company or the products check out her website at , heathernd.le-vel.com The product has different results for each person, depending on your nutritional needs.  You can create your own account and place an order yourself instead of buying from a single person online you are buying from the companny.

I looked into it and if you want to return your product you can but you must contact customer serivce first and get a return authroization number and they will credit you back.
