 Carl and Kandice Purcell are pathological liars and scam artists. They are running contracting businesses that are set up as LLC's with the sole purpose of taking money from investors and not paying sub contractors, and even ultimately not completing the project. They have bank accounts to aide the shell game by over paying themselves up front and pretending they made poor financial decisions and fail. They use their kids as a tool for sympathy, "We'll I guess if I have to pay you my kids won't eat".Kandice writes bad checks, one in which was to a currency exchange in Fox Lake,IL. Which they are in court for right now. They owe in excess of $13,000 to me and at least that to 3 other subcontractors. Do Not Do Business with them under any circumstances.
