Lean Look Rx Advertising say one thing TOS are contradictory customer service says another thing Ontario California

Signed up thru a free offer incentive site and their advertisement is a free 14 day trial of leanlookrx for 3.95 shipping with 100% guarantee.

Their TOS are confusing and suggest at one point that you can get 100% of your money back if you get the autoship program and do not like it yet then it says it isn't refundable.

They also state that it is a no-risk offer in their advertising but they automatically sign you up for an autoship program that, contrary to advertising, you cannot cancel. They will NOT and, per the CS agent, cannot cancel that first shipment.

Even if you die.

That was what I was told.

It boils down to the fact that they falsely advertise their product and have a TOS that is confusing. Avoid this company at all costs.
