Lean Look RX ripoff Ontario California Internet

I was also ripped off by the free trial offer for Lean Look RX, which does nothing!! I received an email to receive a free Dell Laptop CP. Was then instructed to participate in a survey and had to choose at least two products to qualify. Lean Look RX was the first one I filled out for the free trial for $3.95. Only when I submitted my choice was I aware of the auto ship program and the $106.00 charge that would be taken out of my account. I immediately got out of the website and sent an email to the company, since there was no phone number, to cancel my order. I received an auto reply telling me that I could not cancel until after I was charged for the first auto shipment. I replied back to that email asking again to cancel and was informed that I could not and informed again of the terms and conditions. After I seen that the $106.00 came out of my bank account, I immediately sent another request for cancellation. This has been going on for a week now and I sent a request everyday with no response. Only today did I find the complaint site and finally found a phone number to call. After calling 3 numbers I was finally guided to a live person. I was given a confirmation number for the cancellation but was told too bad about the $106.00. I informed them that I have not even received the 60 day supply and the connection was so bad that I could not understand half of what I was being told. In the end I paid $109.75 for a product that I did not want and didn't work and never received and NO FREE LAPTOP!!! It is scams like this that give internet shopping a bad name. I will never do it again. I only hope that it has truely been cancelled and they do not take anymore money from me.
