I also was a abused by Lease Finance Group. As part of the scheme involving Certified Merchant Services and their agents. I was lied to by the rerpresetative who claimed we would own the credit card machine at the end of the lease.

The lease ended and Lease Finace Group (AKA CIT) continuned to deduct funds from our account for 7 months. They deducted $654.40 more than we contracted for. Now they call me everyday demanding the equipment or more money.

I have filed with the FTC (this worked with Certified Merchant Services) and encourge all others to do so. Make sure you stop paying these people!
