Lease Finance Group LLC I was told they would pay my other contract off made me sign the contract could not leave the contract with me. After signing the contract they would not buy out the other contract which ended up being Lease finance under another name. Middletown New York

I was misinformed by Lease Finance Group. I signed the contract in addition to a verbal agreement that they would buy the contract that I was currently in if I went with their services. They also did not review the contract with me nor did they give me sufficient time to read the contract. I wasn't even aware that I had signed a contract, I thought I had signed a letter of intent and the sales rep told me I had thirty days. This was on a Friday and on Monday I called to tell them I decided I didn't want to use their services and they told me that I was locked into a contract that I wasn't even aware I had signed! Then I had to beg this company via email for weeks before they would supply me with a copy of the contract. When I finally recieved my contract and did research on the company I found out that it was actually the company that I had my pervious contract with just under a new name. THIS IS FRAUD!
