Lease Finance group LLC Missrepresentation by John Nelson Chicago Illinois

i received a phone calls from John Nelson, regarding my credit card machine, stating he is going to give me a better rate since i have being during good as a new business. he offer me a 5cent transaction for all my credit card. and he is willing to get me a new terminal for my processing. i told him this is working fine why change, the replied was an upgrade. i also ask him is this the same company or a different company, he said it is the same company. after we hang up i decided to call the line back to verify the operator said yes its the same company. as soon as i finish talking with the lady, John Nelson, called me back stating that the lady in her office said i called, i said yes. John Nelson, I will take care of you, just get the papers in as soon as posible. because i am bussy i really do not have but to believe what he said.

John Nelson, did not get my 5cent transaction, also took me from Bank of American, and did not pay the fees and did not cancel the old account with bank of american. i was paying two credit card machine for a period of time before i realised it. i called John Nelson to check what is going on, he said i should cancel it if i want to with no problem. i told him i cant just cancel i have a business to run, but John Nelson, said that all he can offer me. then on i tried to reach him with no hope. I called the main office to report the transaction, the person i spoke to said she will leave a message for him but he never did call me back. this issue drag on for up to a year before i decided to change the company. now i have their collection department harassing me. i have sent them letters from time to time to have John Nelson. call me becaause this information was recorded by the company during our conversation. if they can produce the tape conversation. i am sorry i just cant relate all the information. i have settle with bank of america, out of my pucket. this company never stand by their words. i have lost $570 fees to Bank of america. my account number is (((REDACTED))). i cant find the better business in that area to complain. i tried to complaine but the address of the company cannot be located by the better business bureau
