Leasecomm harassment victimized many consumers Walham Massachusetts

We had a greenhouse business in 1996, later we sold it. We had spoke to leasecomm about the sale, since it went with the business. They said it was fine. Now in May 2002, they have hired Simm Assoc. in Newark Delaware to stalk us. They broken at least 8 laws according to the FTC that we filed a complaint with. We are hiring a Lawyer. I think this company should be linked to Leasecomm since they hired them.

The contact name at Simm Assoc. is Ms. Morris, who forced me into doing a check by phone & told me if I didn't have the funds on the 31st, then call her & she would hold it. She didn't, so she could press charges for a bad check. So I stopped payment. Phone calls start at 7:26 am, every 5 min. all day. We are self employed & it is costing us business. They hired a PI who has talked to our bank, they thought he was the police. Then they have been calling our neighbors.

I have sent them 2 times a cease communication notice, I have told them on the phone not to call again. They call back in 2 min. Ms. Morris said she taped the check by phone, she never informed me of that. Never have the told me this is an attempt to collect a debt. Or have they validated this debt.
