Leasecomm ripoff Waltham Massachusetts

I signed up with Leasecomm and recieved the software for taking credit cards on my computer. After recieving the software I installed it and it did not work. After calling Leasecomm they gave me the number of the guy that wrote the program. It seemed like he was working out of his garage because he did not have any help. I worked with him for almost two months while I continued to pay. After the two months he could not get it to work.

I then called Leasecomm and told them my situation that they did not meet there end of the contract and I was prompted to return the product and my contract would be terminated.

About two years later they seized my acount for just shy of $1000.00. I was not able to pay rent or anything so it put me in a bad situation. I was never served papers or anything but come to find out they served my dad who is also Larry Gibson Sr., I'm JR.

I don't know what I can do legally. After looking into Leasecomm they have a lot of complaints on the internet some seem legit and some seem foolish but I just recieved another notice in the mail that I'm supposed to give them my account information and such.

I just want to get this resolved. I never received a product that worked and was told to return it and my contract would be terminated because they did not meet there end of the contract. I'm willing to take this to court because Leasecomm does not want to hear from me even if I agree to make small monthly payments to get them off my back.

I'm not unreasonable, I know that I entered a contract but they did not meet there end of it. Please advise me as to what to do.
