Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Due to Legacy Communities poor workmanship, all concrete work pertaining to our home of two and a half years has resulted in a collapsing walkway, driveway and front stairs, this is not including concrete problems in the basement.
All problems exsisted and were reported while under warrenty, but were never properly repaired.
Legacy have consistently failed to address our problems and are now currently ignoring us even though we have tried numerous times to contact them.

After finally being able to identify the owner, we met with him on 9/11/07. The concernd was about shrionkage cracks in the basement floor. Our senior technicians advised the owner that this is normal for concrete and not a problem. The owner said he accepted our assessment.

MY HOUSE WAS BUILT BY LEGACY COMMUNITIES. I HAVE OTHER ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE , BUT AT THE TIME MY DRIVE AND WALKWAY WAS MY BIGGEST CONCERN. THERE ARE STILL SOME OTHER ISSUES THAT ARE OF CONCERN. AT THE END OF THE DAY, WHEN THE CONTRACTORS THEY HIRE TO BUILD THERE HOMES, DO A BAD JOB , THEY REPRESENT LEGACY COMMUNITIES.
