I was a returning customer to this website. I never experienced a problem until now. I made a purchase to help me with my battle with insomnia. I use this product for relaxation. I'm 56 years-old. I was told on April 19,2017, that I was unable to purchase one packet, due to some new shipping method. I then ordered two packets as told by their associate for the amount of $60.00. I was then informed that my purchase wouldn't be shipped out until April 27,2017. I patiently agreed, and said no problem. I can wait. I then received an e-mail on April 20,2017, that it was now in processing. My debit card was charged $60.00 on April 20,2017.

I then got a follow uo e-mail on April 26,2017, that said Good News your order has been shipped. I then started tracking my package with the USPS. It stated Label Created, awaiting parcel. It continued to stay at that for over 5 days. I then started calling Legal Aroma Therapy, and they informed me that there was a problem with USPS's website, and it would be updated the following day. It never got updated, because they NEVER physically sent my package to USPS. I called and called, and wrote several e-mails to USPS. They at USPS informed me they never received a package from Legal Aroma Therapy.

I then called Legal Aroma again, and this time they told me some bogus excuse that it was a BAD SHIPPING LABEL, and that USPS was sending my package back to them. I then was informed that once Legal Aroma Therapy gets my package sent back to them, they'll REFUND my debit card. That was on May 1, 2, 3, and I finally gave up. I then called my bank, and I'm now disputing the charge of $60.00. I gave Legal Aroma, every opportunity to resolve this matter. I just can't believe after making past purchases with Legal Aroma, that they would resort to being thieves. I don't like being ripped off. My money doesn't grow on trees. Please be beware, don't ever get comfortable with online purchases. This is bad business to a consumer. Beware of who you deal with, when purchasing items on the internet!
