 This company charged my credit card without my authorization.  somehow, products were order throught a trial period to be shipped to me, and because all of my information was submitted to this company,  I had no way of disputing the charges.  so I contacted them to reship the items that I never received so that I can see what this product was all about that cost so much and was charged to my credit card that someone else might have received.  Mike  employee #107 he claimed to be the supervisor, he answers the calls all the time and could not rectify my problem or resend me the products I never receive.  He stated to me to contact my post office and file a dispute.  A dispute on what?....I never received items period.  Do not do business with this company.  We all know, that business items are insured in case of something happening with shipment, and a good busines will have no problem resending the items purchased and then doing an investigation themselves.

I never received the product on top of canceling before the trial period and my card was still charged and because I didn't actually order the product, but they had all of my information I couldn't dispute it with my bank...
