Les Schwab Tire Centers ripoff damaged my vehicle, incompetent Moscow Idaho

I took my car to the Moscow, ID location to have my tire balance checked. I happened to look out the window and witness a Les Schwab employee pulling my car backwards BY THE STERRING WHEEL (he had both hands on the wheel and was pulling backwards).

Why was he doing this? "Because I didn't know how to get it in reverse" was his answer. There is a locking ring on my transmission that you must engage to get the car into reverse. He could simply have ASKED me how it worked and I would have happily told him.

This same location also put several paint dings and dents into my drivers side door.

Rob, the manager at this location, refused to work on my tires after I told him that I did not want the employee who was abusing my car to work on it. He said "next time I'll just have them grind your gears away, is that what will make you happy? Please leave."
I will NEVER again work with les schwab and I am considering legal action to recover damages caused to my vehicle, including potential damage to my transmission.
