Leslie Wells Conference without any substantive attendees--became "conference of vendors" Greater Washington, District of Columbia Nationwide

Ms. Wells solicited vendors for a conference to which "150" buyers/representatives from private schools and other institutions would attend.  There were a total of 18 attendees who did not pay the $650 conference fee and, instead paid a $35 fee to wander among the vendors!  Ms. Wells provided every excuse possible as to "I never promised anything" to "who knows who will really show up", etc. Although the materials mentioned a conference from 8 am and another location at 8:30 am Ms. Wells did not show up until 8:55 am stating "we will have a slow start."  A total of 14 individuals listened to the opening session!

I have attended numerous conferences as a registered attendee and vendor.  No conference was ever such a sham!
