Lien Filers LLC Attorney Heath W. Williams Total Incompetence - Stay Away - This Attorney is sleeping on the job Acworth Georgia

Lien Filers claims that they recover lost revenues for contractors.  I filed a lien on a property in December 2013 and contracted this company headed by Heath W. Williams.  The lien was good for one year.  After the time period expired I paid Lien Filers again to sue the property owners / contractors and won a default judgement due to the defendant not showing up for court.

In October 2015, I found out that the property closed for sale on 9/17/2015 with the lien still attached.  How did this happen when I hired what I thought was competent representation to assist in getting this matter resolved and me paid.  Mr. Williams refused to acknowlege any wrong doing on behalf of him or his company.  I am still trying to figure out what I paid for???  If Lien Filers was suppose to be and advocate and assist me with resolution, that didn't happen.  Mr. Williams now wants me to pay his company again to file suit against the Title company.  REALLY ?? Why should I continue to pay for nothing.  I have asked them to send a letter to the mortgage company requesting payment seeing that there is a lien on the property and he isn't willing to do that.

I would not recommend his services to anyone!  Cleary doesn't care about resolutions.  I am now forced to hire another attorney and have them complete this process.  

This is shameful!
