This first rebuttal is obviously a lie, any ex employee of Life Quality knows its a scummy company and wouldnt defend the company. Life Quality does things like that all the time. Sometimes when a person does return an item, they do not refund medicare. They are just another DME company that needs to be put out of business with the new medicare competitive bidding program. Issues like these happen on a daily basis, just finally someone took the time to write about it.

Response from Life Quality's Compliance Officer

Life Quality is an accredited provider with Medicare and other government payor sources and as such abides by all federal, state and local regulations required to conduct a DME/Pharmacy business.
Consistent with Medicare guidelines, we have a very active compliance program in which mandatory adherence to the policies and procedures is a requirement for employment. Our company and staff take any customer grievance very seriously and handle them with the utmost priority. Our customers are, and have been, very satisfied with our complaint and resolution protocol.
I cannot personally address the concerns of the original complaint posted on this website because I have no means of reviewing their account. I would be very happy to listen to their complaint and be able to offer a resolution to their satisfaction. My contact information is listed below.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Life Quality Pharmacy

I am a former employee of the company and felt it necessary to rebutt this persons claim. Life Quality Pharmacy records each and every telephone call and if you did not order the product the sales person would have been disciplined which usually meant fired as Medicare audits their calls frequently and they wouldn't want to be closed down due to some moron. If you hadn't ordered it why did you give them out your personal information? Why didn't you refuse the shipment when it came to your door? Furthermore, your doctor has to approve the device for your use before they even send it out so obviously it was something that you were possibly needing. If you sent it back to them at your cost, didn't they tell you that you would be re-imbursed for the shipping? That is the normal procedure. My guess is that you ordered a devise probably an Erectile Dysfunction device judging by the price and either were embarrassed for ordering it or got in trouble with the wife.
