Paid for LimeWire... paid to be upgraded to Limewire Pro... which guarantees support. Once I paid... I have never been able to get support. Have sent 10's of e-mails... to their sales, support, service and info addresses. NO RESPONSE! NOT ONE! And you can't find a phone number or address. DO NOT PAY LIMEWIRE FOR ANYTHING!
NOR GNUTELLA'S POISON DOWNLOAD SITE. SAME SCENARIO.

If anyone knows who one reports this to... please pass that along. In fact if anyone wants to file a class action
lawsuit let me know.
