LINDA DUGGAN East Texas Behavioral Health Consultant - Deliberately Cruel and Hateful Forney, Texas

I agree with what others are saying here on this site and in other places on the net. This woman, Linda Duggan, is a nuisance and awful scar to our community. It is unfortunate that Linda Duggan is in our community of Kaufman Texas. I say this due to her persistent inhuman treatment of others. The list of individuals harmed by the malicious dealings and recommendations of Linda Duggan is long and getting longer by the day. Dozens of people have given me their horror stories in dealing with Duggan. These are stories that defy all sense of reasoning. There are also accusations of financial pay-offs going on with Linda Duggan and foul play of all sorts including courtroom recommendations that are far from what is true and right. In my professional opinion, far too many families have already suffered at the hands of Linda Duggan. I have firsthand experience of the fall out of Linda Duggans practices. I have looked into the faces of those grieving parents who cannot see their children or are forced to use her as a mediator. And this is all due to the unethical, illegal, and immoral practices of Linda Duggan. She is a bad apple amongst good counselors and should be removed from the Kaufman system. It also is my recommendation that this should all be ended by the removal Linda Duggan's status as a counselor with the State of Texas.
