YOU HAVE NEVER MET A MORE CUNNING AND DECEIVING PERSON THAN LINDA DUGGAN. LINDA DUGGAN IS A HORRIBLE PERSON WHO HIDES BEHIND HER DEGREE AND POSITION AS A COUNSELOR TO RUIN THE LIVES OF OTHERS BY TAKING BRIBES AND LYING IN COURT. I AM A MOTHER AND LINDA SAW TO IT THAT MY KIDS WERE TAKEN AWAY FOR MONTHS WHEN I DID NOTHING TO FORFEIT MY CHILDREN. SHE HAD THIS DONE IN HOWARD TYGRETT'S COURTROOM. HE IS A TOTAL SCUMBAG TOO.
LINDA TOOK A BRIBE FROM THE OTHER SIDE. SHE IS KNOWN FOR THIS
